5 INDUSTRIAL PARKS

5 industrial parks with production area of 1,000,000m2 in total. About 4000 excellent staffs with 10 years upholstery experience on average are working in ZUOYOU to secure a capacity of approximately 1,500 containers per month.

Shenzhen Headquarter, covering an area of 200,000 square meters, integrates modern information office, intensive manufacturing base, international logistics base, and international furniture research and development center.
Shenzhen Industrial Park (phase I)
With a total construction area of over 115,000 square meters, ZUOYOU Yunchuanggu was built by Hong Kong's outstanding designer firm, located in Shenzhen's central industrial belt, surrounded by high-speed, geographical location, positioning to create a global smart home creative design, exhibition, training center and cross-border e-commerce demonstration base.
Shenzhen Industrial Park (phase II)
Huizhou Industrial Park covers an area of about 530,000 square meters. It will be constructed in five phases, with a total investment of more than 3.3 billion RMB. It is expected to have an annual output value of 5.6 billion RMB after completion.
HUIZHOU INDUSTRIAL PARK
Suzhou Industrial Park has a total investment of 500 million RMB and covers an area of 128,800 square meters. After it is fully put into production, it is expected to have an annual production capacity of 200,000 sets of sofas and supporting products, with annual sales of 1 billion RMB.
SUZHOU INDUSTRIAL PARK
Nankang Industrial Park has a total investment of 2 billion RMB. The first phase of the plant has a construction area of more than 100,000 square meters and an annual output value of more than 500 million RMB.
NANKANG INDUSTRIAL PARK
Chengdu Industrial Park covers an area of 10,000 square meters and is a large-scale procurement center integrating procurement, warehousing and logistics.
